Beach & Forest Realty

North Myrtle Beach Office | 1533 Highway 17 South | North Myrtle Beach SC 29582

Born and raised on the Coast of NC, I became a "beach person" early in my life! During my teenage years, I became fascinated with theatre and chose to become involved with radio and television. From "on-air", I progressed into sales and management. After years in this field, in markets such as Raleigh, NC, Lexington, KY, Richmond, VA, Durham, NC, Morehead City, NC and Greenville-Spartanburg, SC, I managed seven radio stations. These stations were sold in 1999 and I returned to my Second Home in Myrtle Beach, SC, turning to a Real Estate career that had begun in 1993. Real Estate is a natural for me and Myrtle Beach is the perfect location!

I love the challenge and privilege of working together with Buyers and Sellers to make their dreams of vacation/retirement home ownership come true! I have lived in Myrtle Beach for the past 22 years and been active in the Real Estate Industry during those years. Having spent those years divided between Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX, I have now associated with Beach and Forest Realty in North Myrtle Beach, SC. My Real Estate Licenses are in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Continuing to grow in my chosen profession, I have participated and received certification as an "Accredited Buyer's Agent", Graduate REALTOR Institute, Counsel of Residential Specialists and was recognized with the Coastal Carolina Real Estate Image Award. I find that working together with my clients is so fulfilling and I really get excited with a "win-win" situation.

Grasping at each opportunity to educate myself about the changing Real Estate Market, I have recently taken courses to certify myself as a short sale/foreclosure specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist in addition to an Accredited Buyer's Agent and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. I am also a licensed Broker/Agent in NC & SC. I'm ready to begin working together with you right about it?
