“My husband Stephen and I recently purchased a second home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I found real estate listings on the Internet and called various offices. Jennifer called back immediately. I am still waiting for some of the other realtors to reply!
Jennifer is friendly and helpful, and very patient. We had never been to Myrtle Beach and had lots of questions and needed guidance. When we told her we were arriving in SC the next week she cleared her schedule to help us find a home. She was willing to drive around with us for 2 full days, and found answers to all of our questions. I feel like we got very good advice regarding the neighborhoods and she maintained her pleasant composure as we circled the area again and again! After we went back to California, Jennifer continued to search for a house for us. She was willing to visit our short list of houses and take pictures and make notes for us.
We are very happy with the final result of the search, our retirement home. The paperwork went smoothly, and there were no hitches in the inspection process. She even managed to get a $500 credit from the seller for the minor repairs that needed done. We really enjoyed working with Jennifer. We particularly enjoyed her sense of humor, but don't agree with some of her food choices! (As if pizza is a food group!)
Jennifer will be an asset to any company. We can't wait to retire so that we can renew our acquaintance with her and her family.” Sincerely yours, Barbara Coetzee
Words cannot express my appreciation for what you did for me. The money I paid you was a drop in the bucket to what you wore worth! Your organization skills are amazing! You definitely went the extra mile! It was a pleasure to spend time with you. You are so witty, congenial and reasonable. I wish you much success in the future. With your personality, ability, and drive you WILL succeed at whatever you decide this pursue. Thanks again.” Betty Bridges
