The beautiful community of Marsh Point is located in the middle of Pawleys Island in South Carolina. The majority of the homes have been constructed within the last 10 years. Most of them are raised beach style homes but there are a few ranch style homes for you to choose from here as well. The community is located centrally and it has quick and easy access to Highway 17 and some of the homes here have beautiful views of the marsh or the creek. The community also has a private boat dock that residents can use for water fun. There are many areas for residents to enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, nightlife, golf, and outdoor recreation. Residents are also close to all of the amazing attractions that are located in the Myrtle Beach area. We hope that you will take some time to look at the beautiful homes we have available and let usknow if you have any questions or interest.
